1. Check Your Email Address and Password

  • Ensure Correct Email: Double-check that you are entering the correct email address associated with your account. Your Flowlens Admin can tell you which email you should be using to access.
  • Typo Check: Verify there are no typos or spaces before or after your email address.
  • Correct Password: Ensure you're entering the correct password. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive.

2. Password Reset Process

  • Click on 'Forgotten Password' to request a password reset link. note you MUST provide the email that you have registered on Flowlens to receive the password reset email.
  • Check All Email Folders: Sometimes, password reset emails can be mistakenly marked as spam or get filtered into different folders like Spam, Junk, Social, or Promotions. Check these folders for the reset email.
  • Email Blocklist: Ensure that emails from the {your org name}.flowlens.management domain aren't blocked or marked as spam. You might need to check your email account settings to see if the sender's email address or domain is blocked.

3. Email Service Delay

  • Wait a Bit: Sometimes there's a delay in the email service. Wait for a few minutes and check again.
  • Email Server Issues: Check if there are any known issues with your email provider that might be causing delays or disruptions in receiving emails.

4. Browser Issues

  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve login issues. After clearing, try accessing the site again.
  • Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different web browser or incognito mode to eliminate any browser-specific issues.

For security purposes, it is not possible to reset the password of another Flowlens users. Password reset links will be sent directly to the email of the user for which the password reset is required.


🤔 How do I get access to the other modules within Flowlens. I also need to be able to download reports?

Your admin users will be able to add additional modules to your account and enable report downloads. For all user permission related queries, please check with your admin user first.
