'Redacted Redacted'

! On 25th May 2018, the government introduced legislation which entitles all EU citizens certain privacy rights.

In accordance with 2018 legislation, contacts added to Flowlens applications can be removed using the 'GDPR - Right to be forgotten' feature, which redacts their information. Selecting this option will remove all personal data relating to that contact from the Flowlens system and if a contact's information has been redacted, the name 'Redacted Redacted' will display in place of the contact's name.

A redacted name displays as 'Redacted Redacted'

Once this has been actioned it cannot be reversed, except by repeating the consent process for the relevant contact and then re-adding them as a fresh contact to the application.
